As stated in our Articles of Incorporation, Godly Gates Incorporated is organized exclusively for charitable and religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. More than 60% of all revenue directly funds exempt purposes. Any remaining funds are used strictly for administrative purposes. No funds are permissible for personal use or any function outside the scope of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. By the end of each year, the remaining balances will be allocated to community programs in ways such as, but not limited to, feeding the homeless; funding underserved community projects; and caring for the old, orphaned, and widowed as described in James 1:27.
