As listed in our Articles of Incorporation, Godly Gates Incorporated is organized exclusively for charitable and religious purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All funds will first be used for business expenses. No remaining funds are permitted to be used for personal use or any function outside the scope of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. By the end of every year, the remaining funds will be used for the community in ways such as, but not limited to feeding the homeless; funding under-served community projects; and caring for the old, orphaned, and widowed as described in James 1:27.
